Erase Nail Fungus Naturally: Discover the Power of Garlic

Garlic is not only a flavorful addition to meals but also a powerful natural remedy for nail fungus due to its antifungal and antibacterial properties. The compound allicin in garlic helps combat the infection, while also boosting the immune system to aid recovery.

To treat nail fungus, you can use a garlic paste. Crush 2-3 fresh garlic cloves into a fine paste and apply it to the affected nail. Cover it with a bandage for 30 minutes, repeating daily until improvement is seen. Alternatively, you can soak the affected nail in warm garlic oil (either purchased or homemade) for 15-20 minutes daily.

For best results, consistency is key. Protect surrounding skin with petroleum jelly or olive oil to avoid irritation, and keep your nails clean and dry to prevent the fungus from spreading. Regular application will help improve nail health over time.
