Elizabeth Montgomery’s sudden death shocked us all

Though her personal life involved several marriages, it was her role in Bewitched that defined her. The show, which aired from 1964 to 1972, made her a household name. She earned multiple Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for her work. After the show ended, she shifted to made-for-TV films, taking on diverse roles that showcased her range.

Sadly, Elizabeth passed away in 1995 after battling colon cancer. Her legacy lives on, with her portrayal of Samantha continuing to remind audiences of television’s golden age.
