AOC Fears Arrest As She Has Not Heard Back From Department Of Justice

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says the Department of Justice has not responded to her inquiry about whether she is under investigation.

She was questioned at the Capitol by a reporter regarding potential charges related to her “Know Your Rights” webinar, which offered legal advice to undocumented immigrants.

Critics, including former Border Czar Tom Homan, allege she obstructed immigration enforcement and should be investigated. Ocasio-Cortez denies wrongdoing, calling the claims politically motivated.

She sent a formal letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, warning against DOJ politicization. Homan confirmed he contacted DOJ officials, suggesting her actions may impede law enforcement and merit legal scrutiny.
