Some individuals fall into a pattern of seeking validation through physical encounters, hoping to fill emotional voids, only to end up feeling more disconnected and unfulfilled. This cycle can erode self-esteem over time and create a sense of emotional numbness.

Recognizing your own value, setting clear boundaries, and choosing partners who share your emotional intentions can help avoid repeated heartache. Being mindful about whom you share intimacy with is not about judgment—it’s about protecting your well-being, emotionally, socially, and physically.
