How to Make Parsley Tea
Ingredients:
- A handful of fresh parsley (or 2 tbsp dried)
- 4 cups of water
- Optional: honey or lemon
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add parsley and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
Tips:
Drink once or twice a day, preferably in the morning. Always stay hydrated, and use fresh parsley when possible.
